We are a 100% custom shop.

All custom orders must be inspected and approved before leaving our shop. We require customers to examine their completed pieces for any imperfections or concerns prior to pickup. Once an item leaves our premises, we are no longer responsible for damage or defects.

Due to the custom nature of our work, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or guarantee repairs on completed orders. We may consider repair requests on a case-by-case basis, but this falls outside our standard services. Any potential repair work requires in-person inspection, and acceptance is not guaranteed.

Custom framed items that leave our shop and are shipped do not have refund or replacement options of any kind.

Full refunds are available only before custom materials have been ordered. Once materials are ordered and in our possession, cancellations will be refunded for labor costs only—materials are non-refundable.

Payment is required upon job completion. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with design choices made during the consultation process.

If any artwork or objects are shipped from our online store and is damaged upon arrival, please contact us as well as file a complaint with the logistics company that delivered your package. We will work with you on getting a replacement or a refund.
